Hi guys! Just Amy here today, Robbie and Jairo will be back next episode!! Today's episode is all about supplements. I discuss the sleep supplements I recommend, creatine, fish oil, vitamin D, zinc, and iron, and finally, my thoughts on protein powder, preworkout, and BCAAs.

 

A couple corrections:

- I kept referring to mgs when speaking about creatine -  I meant grams! my b

- The other iron supplement I was going to mention is called MegaFood Blood Builder

 

Also, thanks so much for putting up with my crappy audio the last two episodes. It's muchhh better in this episode and hopefully we won't have issues again! I will re upload the last two episodes once I figure out what the heck I did lol
