Now is the time to be realistic by also be gentle, forgiven and loving with ourselves. Often we women are caring and compassionate with others but what about being kind to ourselves? I am pretty sure you are doing your best. We have never been a situation like this and it's scary but hopefully you are not beating yourself up 24/7.. try to make a plan, get support.

Incrdible woman, here is a great tip for you to get ready again for your day. We are going through special times which calls for special measures.
