Whether it be a parent, spouse, sibling, or child, the immense responsibility of taking care of someone with extraordinary needs often means our own wellbeing no longer becomes a priority - and our incredible guest today wants to change that.  

I am thrilled to introduce you to Stephanie Muskat, an award-winning registered clinical social worker and psychotherapist who offers mental health support for caregivers.

Stephanie has acted as a primary caregiver to several family members and brings her personal experiences to her work with clients.
