Susannah Bowyer, assistant director at Research in Practice, talks to colleagues from the NSPCC about what they’ve learned from supporting children and families during the pandemic. They share their experiences of responding to the immediate needs of children and families when the first national lockdown was announced, and what they’ve learned since, from providing their services using virtual and digital methods alongside face-to-face work where possible.
