How can Kentucky update its policies around food trucks to help expand the industry? As downtowns everyone try to rebuild post-lockdown, bringing businesses and food back to the city centers will be critical. One way Kentucky can do that? Fix its antiquated food truck laws.

Panelists:
Hunter Harp is a Kentucky resident and US Army Veteran. Undergraduate in Accountancy from the University of Kentucky and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Louisville. As a governmental auditor he is a subject matter expert in policy and regulatory interpretation. He strives for economical equality and the ability for all Americans to make an honest living.
Jessica Gandy is Legislative Counsel with the Institute for Justice (IJ). She advocates for legislative reform across the country in the area of economic liberty.
Taylor Harris is a founding partner and General Manager of The Food Truck League, a network of over a thousand gourmet food trucks and tens of thousands of events in multiple markets. Taylor and his partners decided to create The League after they saw a need for a networked platform to grow the food truck industry.
