Siobhan Norris currently serves as the Military Liaison to the President of the University of North Carolina System where she develops strategic partnerships, programs, and policies to position the UNC system as a national leader in military affiliated enrollment and educational outcomes. She advocates on behalf of nearly 20,000 military connected students across the 16 UNC institutions of higher learning. Siobhan is a proud veteran of the US army and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ashford University and a masters in conflict management and resolution, peace studies and conflict resolution from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
