Lisa Taylor brings 20 years of sales and customer service experience. From working in a range of industries that include HVAC, Nutraceuticals and Car Leasing, she believes that the success of a business is driven by sales, the sales processes and sales training. Without a strategic sales plan, growth is limited. In many organizations she worked for, she developed from the ground up, a streamlined sales process and operations system that improved businesses’ bottom line.
In a male-focused industry, Lisa managed to prove herself over and over again which allowed her the opportunity to access further training in sales, being invited to exclusive events all over North America with the best trainers in the business.
In 2008, Lisa started working in the HVAC industry, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the HVAC systems and the industry. Here she was tasked with developing new sales processes and operations, as well as hands on training techniques. She has learned the key to helping businesses grow is to work with the decision makers and key personnel within organizations, so she can help them achieve the goals for their business.
Over the last few years, she has used her talents to a leadership role in the business community of Durham Region building a successful Chapter of a Networking Association bringing female entrepreneurs together.
