Why is it important? Before COVID, women were about 47% of the workforce. Women in tech jobs are only 26% of the workforce, and that number is drastically lower for African-American women (3%), Asian women (6%), and Latinx women (2%). Now, due to COVID, one in four women are contemplating leaving the workforce altogether.

Now, more than ever, we MUST learn to better support women in technology.
