Now that the Supreme Court has sided with the 3rd District Court regarding Amendment D, it will no longer be counted on the November ballot. Is that the end of the story, or is there anything else that could happen? Part of the reason Amendment D was struck down was over a deadline for publishing the amendment in newspapers around the state.
