Sadly the liberal wing of the Supreme Court and its so-called conservative John Roberts voted in favor of unrestricted abortion in a case in Texas which simply required that the doctor performing the grisly act to have admitting privilege at a hospital close to the clinic where it was performed. It would seem to be common sense to do so in order to protect the women who are undergoing these operations.
