I decided to make bread.

How hard could it be?

Apparently, very.

What started as a completely normal attempt at baking bread slowly turned into an absolute disaster. Dough, flour, a declaration of war, and one deeply unfortunate loaf later… here we are.

Welcome to the beginning of my war against bread. 🍞⚔️💥

Bread: 1

INGREDIENTS:

2tsp dry active yeast

1tbs sugar

1.5c warm water

3c bread flour (I used normal flour so I don't think it matters that much)

2tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the yeast, sugar, and water in a bowl. Mix and cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise for 5 - 10 mins, or until its foamed up. Put your flour and salt in there, mix it and cover. Let the dough rise for 2 hours and when done, start preheating your oven to 275°C. Place your dough in a dutch oven and score. If you don't have a dutch oven you can place your dough in a loaf pan with another on top. Place in the oven for 25 mins with the lid on, then take the lid off and let it bake for 5 minutes or until you have achieved the perfect golden crust.

I just wanted to take a relaxing walk through Machado for you, but things took a major turn when I decided to break the rules and enter Santa's workshop. I'm lucky I came out not turned into an elf!

This song has quite a funny story behind it, and I am more than happy to share it with you! So one day I was ranting to my best friend about how I wanted to post something, but I didn't know what. She said to make some music on Suno.ai. I thought it was a good idea, but what should I make a song about? I asked her. She just said, "Whatever frustrates you." and that's how I made "Loud". I find it really annoying when people talk over me or interrupt me. I find it quite funny too how I thought of and wrote down all of the lyrics in 10 minutes.
