Talking sh*t behind people's backs is pure poison for relationships.

I used to be SO against it. Thinking it was wrong and horrible and stupid.

Yet so blind that yours truly was the king of it.

In fact I would talk sh*t about people who talked sh*t!

All the while have dozens of justifications why what I was saying was not really gossip, but more like edifying conversation and catching up.

And yes, even while surfing.

Wow. So blind.

And to this day, I pay the price for the "justified" sh*t I talked YEARS back!

Gossip is pure betrayal. It destroys relationships and can hurt like hell.

And no examples show that more clearly than inside marriage! 😭🤬
