It's crazy the amount of stories and fears that can get in my way and keep me from having the conversation I know I must have.

From the conversation that I know I must have to get clear with sh*t inside my marriage,

to the conversation I must have with one of my kids who seem like their struggling,

to a prospective client who seems like they may be the type to resist me,

to asking a naked guy if I can borrow his surfboard while I'm naked, myself...

Sometimes the only way is to JUST HAVE THE FREAKING CONVERSATION!

If only I would have known earlier in my life what the painful cost of NOT having those conversations would be for me, my family, and others....
