Surf's Up Series: Episode 3: Authenticity From "The Duke"
This is the third episode of the Surf's Up Series. JT and John meet for the first time in person. They have been doing this podcast for the past five years - this next five episodes they are recording from the Florida Gulf Coast on family vacation.
In this show we look at Life Advice from "The Duke" John Wayne
Your character is your authentic self.
1. Money cannot buy happiness, but it is more comfortable to cry in a Mercedes than on a bicycle.
2. Forgive your enemy, but remember that bastard's name.
3. Help someone when they are in trouble and they will remember you when they are in trouble again.
4. Many people are alive only because it is illegal to shoot them.
5. Alcohol doesn't solve any problems. But then again, neither does milk.
Authenticity comes from doing what you LOVE.
