Have you ever wondered what actually happens on the Surpass support desk after you submit your query?

It turns out that an ‘average day’ is anything but average.

Dealing with questions from around the globe on a daily basis, the Surpass support team act as the translators between the technical side of product development and our users. As the platform has evolved over the years, so has the demand on our support team – this isn’t your everyday call centre.

We chat to Jacqui and Xan to find out a little bit more about what talents are required for the desk to work efficiently as a team, the wide variety of tasks undertaken by a member of the BTL Service Desk, and how sharing knowledge with other teams across the entire Surpass production process helps to keep things moving as efficiently as possible.
