How much should you be able to handle?

We often treat our capacity like a measurement of who we are.

If something was easy yesterday, why is it difficult today?

If we handled something before, shouldn't we be able to handle it again?

But life doesn't meet us under identical conditions.

Why can't I handle this?

What do I have available right now?
