As an expert in adversity, Kristina walks people through trauma, divorce, diagnosis, and disease into a life transformed. It is her life’s work to show people how to release events of their past so they can become free of limiting beliefs.
Kristina Dennis had a difficult childhood and is now raising a son with special needs while going to school and building her business as a Recovery Coach. Kristina got sober when she was 27 on May 6, 1997. We met on Clubhouse and for someone who grew up not being loved and accepted, she is an amazing mom who practices unconditional love.
