What does it truly mean to surrender your heart to God?

Surrender isn’t just a church word — it means completely and willingly yielding your will, your plans, your desires, and your life under God’s control and guidance. It’s trusting Him even when the process is messy. Even when the promise feels delayed. Even when the answer is “not yet”… or even “no.”

Trusting God is deeply connected to our heart posture. It’s easy to follow Him when the road is clear and the blessing is visible. But real surrender says:

Not my timeline.

Not my expectations.

Not my will. But Yours, Lord.
