When counting the cost of following Jesus, we must consider what it means to surrender our vision for our lives in order to embrace Jesus’ vision and pattern for our journey with him.

Repent, the kingdom of heaven has come near (Mt 4:17; Mk 1:15)

Remain in my love… Receive the Holy Spirit. (Jn 15:9; Jn 20:22)
Preach the gospel to all creation and make disciples of all nations. (Mk 16:15; Mt 28:19-20)
Baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Mt 28:19)
