In today's meditation, we start by allowing our focus to rest on the sensation of our breath. We move over to observe any desire to change the moment or resistance to anything that is here. We will then allow our minds to surrender into just being here, to be in the peacefulness of the meditation. This will allow us to recharge our brain, come back to balance and we open up to receive all the good things in life.
