Gary & Winnie Whitmore share the ministry of TWR. Together, Gary & Winnie began their missionary service with TWR in 1979 having served on Guam, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States. For more than 65 years, God has equipped TWR to lead people from doubt to decision to discipleship around the world, gaining access to 190 countries to share biblical truth in their “heart” languages.
