how many of us can really say we have surrendered every part of our life to Lord. there are places we say we are good to share this and confess but this little closet over here, that's only for me to have and to hold. joy comes when we truly surrender every inch of our life, that really isn't our life at all, its God's. 

today, I get together with my friend Emily and we talk about our journeys with food and how the Lord has and is transforming us to honor him in all that we do.
