Thanks to the #MeToo Movement, many women, and men have found the courage to share their experience of being sexually assaulted and have been able to stand up against this type of abuse at the workplace, at home, and everywhere in between. Unfortunately though, being sexually abused and assaulted is still widespread and the issue has not been fully rectified yet. Some remain fearful of seeking help and don't know where to turn to. This week, we sit down with Tori Stewart who discusses how she survived an abusive relationship, found self-acceptance and self-forgiveness, and reestablished a sense of trust to date again. To all our survivors out there, power to you! And for those who are struggling, we sincerely hope this helps.
