Dennett worked in local and international community development and education for 20 years before she decided to use her skills and abilities to respond to record unemployment rates stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. She is passionate about increasing professional access and representation of people of color, people from the LGBTQIA community, and other marginalized groups in all industries and employment spaces.
