  4. Get Dressed As If You Were Going Out
  5. Don't Boredom Eat
  6. Don't Drink Coffee in Excess
    1. Walk Around the Block
    2. Get Outside
    3. Push-ups, sit ups
    4. Facebook/IG -Crossfit OTG for daily workout
  7. Exercise
  8. Face time instead of text friends
  9. Try to limit your time on social media
