New school year means all the feels for families like ours. Back-to-school season is always bittersweet because there is comfort in routines but it's hard to turn over our most vulnerable children to someone else. We are sharing our own experiences with the transitions, navigating friendships and peers, IEP's and the emotional gut-punch of watching our kids walk (or roll) into a world that doesn't fully understand them
