Jake Jensen is an actor and professor of sport and performance psychology at California State University, Northridge. Jake also works with private clients including athletes, actors, dancers, and others on optimizing mental performance through mental training and mindfulness. Prior to that, Jake was an NCAA Division I tennis player at Utah State and continues to play tennis 3-4 times a week. Here, he discusses how being an athlete/soneone who can't sit still and using mindset tools also benefit his acting.
