Giovanni Gallucci has a proven track record as a highly successful operations manager with a farreaching background in Technology, General Management, Business Strategy, Marketing, and Product Development. As Managing Partner, Giovanni manages the daytoday operations of Kinetic Results and oversees its development teams. Dilip DaSilva brings over 8 years of experience in the online advertising industry and over 18 years of experience in Silicon Valley to Tribal Fusion. Previously, Dilip designed and built adserving systems for Flycast Communications and Engage Media. Building on his experience at Flycast, he designed and built Tribal Fusions adserving solution to evolve with the demands of the online ad industry. Dilip holds a BS in Bio Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Brown University.
