Susan Ritter is the founder of Creator Compass, a coaching and project management business for entrepreneurs, that provides practical and tactical support to creators and others who have great business ideas but struggle with getting them off the ground or growing them into something larger than themselves.
After transitioning from the corporate world in America, Susan and her teenage son now enjoy a global lifestyle, travelling the world living, working, studying and experiencing new countries, people and their cultures.
Susan spent 25+ years working in the Project Management profession in IT and later in the Nuclear Power industry, heading up large teams and even larger budgets. During this time Susan had the fortunate opportunity to work with some amazing leaders who continually challenged, supported and inspired her to a very successful career.
Having been surrounded by creative people all her life and with her ability to empathize with their struggle to turn their wonderful ideas into a reality, Susan wanted to move beyond the world of corporate and work with inspiring entrepreneurs globally. Bringing her practical tendencies and decades of organizational/project skills to great projects in the entrepreneurial world!
