Susana Campanella is the CEO of Gluteboost, a health and beauty company currently doing business and selling their products directly to consumers. She graduated with a B.S. in biology with a concentration in molecular biology from Nova Southeastern University. She finished her bachelor's with a minor in psychology, completed a postgraduate Speech and Language Pathology certification from the University of Nebraska, has a Florida 220 General Lines License, and recently completed an Executive Certification in Finance from Harvard Business School Online. Susana also has a Master’s in Arts in Christian Philosophy.
She started her entrepreneurial journey as a serial entrepreneur alongside her husband, Renzo Campanella, by buying distressed businesses, improving them, and selling them for a profit. This journey started 12 years ago when they acquired an independent insurance firm where she worked as the Strategy Officer and visionary, pivoting the firm’s revenue trajectory. They sold the firm 7 years later to a larger national insurance brokerage, Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, making it their very first 7-digit exit. Their joint entrepreneurial efforts succeeded in acquiring 6 other distressed assets with a focus on growing her business turnaround expertise.
After successfully exiting all these businesses, Susana acquired Gluteboost in 2019 and has personally invested about $1 M. Susana has been the CEO since then, embarking on a journey to offer excellent products and building a community of like-minded individuals to a healthier, curve-enhancing journey. She emphasizes the importance of curiosity to the team and being able to employ exceptional work ethics. With great attention to detail, Susana has a passion for growth strategies, market analyses, optimization of bootstrapping efforts, consumer behavior, creative content, and offering people solutions to their needs. Susana is at the helm of the company’s R&D efforts. She is the visionary key performance individual, aligning the team to the company’s vision and strategic initiatives that continue to prepare the company for sustainable growth.
