Whether you like your food spicy or mild, Japanese cuisine has something for everyone. Sushi originated as a method of preserving fish in China, but today it has evolved into a lot more. With the increasing awareness about sustainability, sushi is now a treat even for vegetarians.

If poetry had olfactory senses, it would taste like ‘Sushi’.
