A 49-year-old man has been arrested on charges relating to the fire that broke out in Parliament early yesterday morning (Sunday). It has emerged that the suspect was caught on camera roaming in the premises. Public Works Minister and Infrastructure Patricia De Lille has told the media that a water sprinkler was closed but it is not clear why.
