Joe Mooney makes his living by taking candid photos of pedestrians in a bustling city. One day, after developing his film, he notices something alarming: a murder occurring in the background of one of his shots. Realizing the gravity of what he has captured, Joe becomes entangled in a dangerous situation as he attempts to do the right thing.
