So, what is motivation? It is simply a force of mind, force of will, a psychological force that influences our behavior and actions. It is the driver of how you will move towards your goals and has elements of both emotions and mindset with it. When you are motivated, it gives you the desire to initiate, direct and persist in the behavior and action that takes you towards what you are targeting.
