In this first episode of our series on food labelling, we interview Antoine Thill, the coordinator of the European Citizen Initiative for a "European EcoScore". 
For 1 year, Antoine and his team travelled across Europe to collect 1 million signatures. Their goal was for their petition to then be examined by the European Commission, and for a new sort of labelling to be created: the EcoScore.
