Most businesses that struggle to maintain relevance often lack the concept of community. You cannot separate community from business sustainability. There has to be the community that have the sense of ownership in your business. Business is not about the “how do I grow this business” rather it’s “how do we grow this business”. You business cannot outlive you without the people to tell the story. If people must tell the story, they must be in a community and if they have to tell it, they own must own it.
