Jonathan Gibbs is a soybean producer in Fox Lake, Wisconsin.  He's also the current secretary/treasurer of the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board, which oversees the investment of checkoff dollars. Gibbs has been a leader in implementing innovative production practices, and compares his definition of sustainability to a three-legged stool. This has been important when telling his story during international travel and meeting with end-users of U.S. Soy.
