This is the first episode of our new miniseries Aims On Ice: Achieving Sustainable Development Goals in the Arctic Ocean, brought to you by Amber Wang from University of Washington, Seattle. As climate change is changing the Arctic region more than the rest of the world, it is necessary for people to recognize these issues occurring, such as Arctic conservation and Indigenous communities. This episode provides a brief overview and background content for the audience to learn more about the Arctic ocean, as well as the importance of working toward SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in the north pole.
