You must be passionate about what you share in the moment. If you meet a person and you share something that you believe they need, but the content does not interest you, it won`t be relevant for them! 

Only when you share moment to moment what you are most passionate and interested about, do you have a relevant impact on their life. They may or may not like the message, but it will be exactly what they require, otherwise you wouldn`t be excited about sharing it. 

Instead of teaching "dead knowledge", share what`s fresh, curious and exciting to YOU. That`s how you reach the world in they way it`s required.

Indulge fully in your addictions.

Addictions are screams from your Soul, pointing towards a hidden longing of your true Self. Dive deeply into addictions, be fully present when you indulge in them and feel the underlying craving. 

The closer we get to our Soul`s calling, the less substitutes are being needed. But we find that calling through our addictions and not away from them!

We can do breathwork, read books, go to meditations and workshops... but real healing occurs when we make the choice that our Ego is desperetaley scared of, but our Higher Self is calling us to. 

No healing session will take our entire fear away. We can hide in therapy and workshops in order to not make a choice, but that`s spiritual bypassing. 

When we follow our Higher Self, we will encounter plenty of fear and resistance from the Ego. The only real therapy is to make the choice despite that and expand into our true Self.

The deeper you move into the spiritual journey, the more clear you become about your ego. 

And your ego is the part that has created all those dreams, ambitions and goals. You ego lives in the future and the past. It gives you false hope and tells you that by achieving your dreams, you`ll finally be happy. 

A dangerous person is someone who deliberately surrenders his or her own dreams and becomes one with the present flow of nature/life/God. 

This kind of individual is dangerous. Dangerous for society. Dangerous for enslaved people. Someone who lets go of their illusions, becomes free. Free to dance in the present moment. Free to let life move effortlessly through ones own heart.

Be selfish, because true selfishness will ultimately lead to selflessness.

The moment you give up your joy in order to “help” someone, you do both yourself and them a great disservice.

Others can only benefit from you when you are aligned, happy, and joyful.

If you are following your joy and bliss but they are not, the relationship will naturally come to an end.

Instead of giving up your joy to “descend” to their frequency of unhappiness, you must stay in your flow—even if that means losing them.

Through your alignment, you may inspire them to discover happiness within themselves and flow alongside you. Everyone has a wise soul and must find their own current of happiness. You can be an example, but you are not responsible for keeping others happy.

If you feel that their happiness depends on you, it‘s time to give them the greatest gift by walking away and by doing so, reminding them of their own power to be blissful without anyone.

Relax. Let go. How many times have you heard it? Everything unfolds effortlessly and easily, when you stop trying. In sports, in love and in love. The less you try, the more you let go, the more you attract suddenly. 

It is the greatest paradox of this life. It shows that it is all play. It is all easy, when we allow it to be easy. We came to enjoy. There is absolutely nothing we need from this life, because we are just temporary visitors. 

Make this your lifestyle. Try less hard. Quit the constant hustle. Rather, be surprised by this life. Be present. Follow whatever is most joyful, until the doing disappears in an effortless flow of life. 

This is Tao. This is spirituality in action. Everyday, we let go even more. Of our self-image, of our expectations, our hopes, even our dreams. In order to become part of something much greater than ourselves. In order to co-create with life, rather than dictate its direction.

That`s the art of not forcing. The art of living a blissful life.
