About Swagata

Swagata is an executive coach and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience in the mental health and wellbeing space.

 Her work is focussed on unlocking potential in individual leaders and leadership teams so that they can: 

  • build on their strengths, 
  • understand where they may be stuck and identify clear steps to build leadership skills and confidence & 
  • build high performing and values aligned teams.
     

Swagata brings to her coaching a deep knowledge and understanding of human behaviour and team dynamics along with expertise in strategies for optimising performance and wellbeing.

 Swagata is an accredited coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and an accredited practitioner in the Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory tool (LSI). 

 She has consulted to leading mental health and wellbeing organisations in Australia including SANE Australia, headspace and orygen, the national centre for excellence in youth mental health; peak bodies such as mental health Australia - and has provided consultation to State and Federal Governments departments.
