In this episode we hosted Dr. Carlo Pinciroli, an assistant professor at Worcester PolytechnicInstitute, where he leads NEST Lab, for a fascinating discussion about swarm robotics.

We asked for Carlo's opinion as to swarm and its similarity to nature, why it is needed and how should members of the group communicate with each other. We wondered what is the optimal number of group members and the structure, and was happy to learn about the skills of hundreds of agents and their cooperation with humans.
