How to source your product and things to think about

Today we're talking about how to outsource or source your product from 
overseas, because a lot of the production that happens in the US comes 
from overseas or in different regions. This is about the supply chain, but 
specifically, finding a manufacturer sourcing the product.

Important things discussed in this episode:

1. Get samples of the products, because  you want to make sure that 
they have the quality that you're looking for.
2. Know if the manufacturer can customize the product, because most 
likely, if you're trying to create a brand, you're going to want custom 
the product.
3. Ask the manufacturer what is their lead time.
4. Learn what kind of materials the manufacturer are using.
5. Know your MOQ (minimum order quantity).
6. If possible, Visit the production facility of your manufacturer.
