Chef Kelly Hudson of Sway Westlake joins me over a glass of whiskey.  We talk about his culinary roots and our conversation takes a sudden turn when we hear of some serious health problems he's had to deal with.  Chef Kelly made some drastic changes in his life after a threatening life event that landed him where he is today.  We talk about his future plans and aspirations.  Chef Kelly is a young eager Chef that we should all keep our eyes on because he's going places.
