This week Roque and Luke return to the legendary region of DO Rueda to try an historic, mythical and almost completely unknown style of fortified wine called 'Dorado'. This sherry-style wines are made of local varieties and are a real bargain if you can find them. To help them delve deeper into this world they glug a bottle of Dorado 61 by the winery Cuatro Rayas.
