There is always more wine in Spain, and this week Roque and Luke return to a new DO. More specifically, a Vino de Pago. Pago Aylés was the first Vino de Pago in the Aragón region of Spain and to talk about this particular mini-DO they sample the newest wine in the bodega's collection: Senda de Leñadores.
