In this week's episode, we look into legacies. What legacy will you create while you still can. Leaving a legacy doesn't have to be only in monetary terms. For me, its taken experiences and the season I'm at now to realise that the most valuable legacies are the ones I can transfer to my kids so that they can take humanity forward. I want you to realise that nothing should hold you back.

This week in the guest chair, we have Detola Amure. Founder of Super Working Mum (SWM), an organisation dedicated to helping Christian mums who are overwhelmed, maximise their time so that they can manifest their God-given dreams. This amazing wife and mother is also a Productivity and Transformational Coach, Mentor, Author and International Speaker.
Detola shares a very sad challenge she faced while writing her new book SLAY DOUBT. She gives us an insight on how SWM helps women deal with anxiety, fear, doubt, fear of the unknown and other negative emotions to re-discover who they truly are.
I am inspired by Detola’s story, her energy and her passion to help women maximise their time. What I love most of all is her strength in the midst of life’s ups and downs.
I hope she inspires you as much as she’s inspired me. Please share this link with another mum who needs to be encouraged.

On today's episode, I discuss mummy guilt and how people's expectations of us is the topmost reason we are burdened with guilt. I shared how terrible I felt when my daughter had her first tooth at 22 months! I also highlighted how some mums feel when they have a C-section. I don't know why, but as a Nigerian mum, I've heard people asking this question after a new mum has just had her baby...Congratulations! Did you have a normal birth or C-Section?! The big question is..WHAT IS NORMAL?
I also share some ways to manage mum guilt.
