I know a lot of the time we let our triggers make us take things personal but the truth is what someone does to us literally has nothing to do with us. Our emotions tell us a different story.

It’s been a while my sweeties! I’ve missed you💗 A lot has been going on and I just wanted to share a little with you.

We may see potential in people and want them to accompany us on our journey but to their own success. It just doesn’t work like that all the time and we end up leaving them behind. It’s ok. That’s life!

Sometimes we fall off and get lost in the noise but the goal is always to find your way back to yourself.

At some point we all must take accountability for the part we play in situations and other peoples lives.
