In this episode, I discuss transitioning. Taking a look back at an emotional Facebook post I made a year ago today and discussing how the words in that Post resurfaced at the same time this year. transitioning can be hard, and when a parent is doing all they can it’s hard to hear, “ you need to do more or you need to do better”.
