                          • The firing allowed him to be in the right place at the right time.
                          • God working in the background for future purposes.
                          • Diamonds being made through extreme pressure and heat.
                          • God refining individuals to shine for Him.
                          • The necessity of trials and hardships.
                          • Living for Him means He will take care of you.
                          • His needs and wants may be different.
