1. Combine 50ml gin and 2 teaspoons of honey (or 15ml honey syrup) in a cocktail shaker.

2. Stir until honey dissolves and add 20ml lemon juice, 20ml orange juice.

3. Add ice and shake well.

4. Strain into a martini glass or into a rocks glass with ice.

5. Garnish with an orange peel.
